Building in 2003!
The only thing missing for the Rifles last season was a consistent QB. After a smoking start last season, the Rifles could not get solid points from their signal caller and they were destroyed by injuries to their receivers. As bad as that sounds, the Rifles may be in great shape in '03. Their drafted franchise players in the QB position look as if they are ready to step up and become consistent players. If so, the Rifles may be shooting for a title in 2003.
